Elevate - Independent Facilitation

  Elevate Independent Facilitation provides comprehensive support and advocacy for individuals and families navigating the California Regional Center system and other developmental disability services. Our services include Person-Centered Thinking Training, Person-Centered Planning, Independent Facilitation, and educational workshops on a variety of topics related to self-determination.

   Our mission is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling and independent lives. We achieve this by combining progressive person-centered practices with compassionate and effective advocacy, helping our clients and their families navigate complex service systems, access vital resources, and coordinate the support they need to achieve their goals.
